Case 1: 

Arrived late at Initial Scrutineering in breach of time table given in Art. 9.6 of the Suppl. Regulations of the Rally.

Competition Car No. 8 with driver George Englezou & co-driver Pavlou Englezou, Competition Car No. 9 with driver Michael Posidia & co-driver Const. Constantinou. Competition Car No. 11 with driver Sofianos Rousou & co-driver Leonidas Christofi.

Stewards Decision:   50 Euro fine each crew.

Case 2:

Seen to be doing reconnaissance outside the program laid out in Art. 3 of the Suppl. Regulations of the Rally in breach of Art. 18.3.1 of the National Rally Championship Regulations.

Competition Car No. 16 with driver Andreas Tappos & co-driver Costas Ioannou, Competition Car No. 20 with driver Zacharias Manoli & co-driver Costas Evripidou.

Stewards Decision:   300 Euro fine each crew.

Case 3:

Speeding during reconnaissance over the limit of 60 Km in breach of Art. 18.3.3 of the National Rally Championship Regulations.

Competition Car No. 2 with driver Panayiotis Yiangou & co-driver Panayiotis Kyriakou, Competition Car No. 7 with driver Andreas Filippou & co-driver Demetris Demetriou. Competition Car No. 8 with driver George Englezou & co-driver Pavlos Englezou, Competition Car No. 9 with driver Michael Posidia & co-driver Const. Constantinou. Competition Car No. 17 with driver Carlos Kakouratos & co-driver Nicolas Georgiou, Competition Car No. 19 with driver Christos Manouris & co-driver Andreas Manouris.

Stewards Decision:   50 Euro fine each crew.

Case 4:

Speeding over 100 Km during reconnaissance above the limit of 60 Km in breach of Art. 18.3.3 of the National Rally Championship Regulations.

Competition Car No. 6 with driver Christos Demosthenous & co-driver Costas Pavlou, Competition Car No. 11 with driver Sofianos Rousou & co-driver Leonidas Christofi.

Stewards Decision:   300 Euro fine each crew.

Case 5:

Speeding over 100 Km during reconnaissance above the limit of 60 Km in breach of Art. 18.3.3 of the National Rally Championship Regulations.

Competition Car No. 12 with driver Charalambos Timotheou & co-driver Antonis Chrysostomou.

Stewards Decision:   500 Euro fine.

Case 6:

During initial Scrutineering it was found that Competition Car No. 26 with driver Panayiotis Tziorgi & co-driver Sotiris Kasettas was not complying with safety regulations concerning the electrical installation of the car and the safety belts.

Stewards Decision:   Exclusion from the event.

Case 7:

During initial Scrutineering (Sunday Morning) it was found that Competition Car No. 27 with driver Christodoulo Christodoulou & co-driver Panayiotis Georgiou was not complying with many safety regulations concerning the electrical installation of the car, safety belts installation, competition seats position.

Stewards Decision:   Exclusion from the event.

Competition Car No. 27 Crew left the Service Park and arrived at the start of the first special stage. Although the marshals tried to stop him from entering the stage, the crew started and completed the stage. Upon arriving at the finish they turned their car around and entered the stage in reverse, moved about 600 meters and parked their car blocking the stage.

Stewards Decision:   1000 Euro fine due to unsportsmanlike behavior & reported the crew for further judgment by the Disciplinary Committee of the Federation.
