Case 1:
During initial Scrutineering
Competition Car No. 18 with driver
Yiannos Ioannou & co-driver Andreas Nestoros failed to present the
car's homologation and ownership certificate.
Stewards
Decision:
100 Euro fine and the
documents to be presented before the start of Leg 2. Furthermore before
they enter the next rally event they must be able to present the roll gage
homologation.
Case 2:
During initial Scrutineering
Competition Car No. 26 with driver
Andreas Nicolaou & co-driver Constantina Mitsinga found to have
incorrectly written their names at the rear windows in breach of National
Rally Regulations Art. 12.1.
Stewards
Decision:
20 Euro fine.
Case 3:
During initial Scrutineering
Competition Car No. 30 with driver
Stavros Yparmachou & co-driver Andreas Karantoni found to have
incorrectly written their names at the rear windows in breach of National
Rally Regulations Art. 12.1. and the front lights are not in accordance
with the homologation of the car Art. 4.4.
Stewards
Decision:
20 Euro fine for the incorrect letters and 30 Euro fine for the incorrect
lights.
Case 4:
During initial Scrutineering
Competition Car No. 34 with driver
Nicos Frangou & co-driver Stefanos Frangou found not to have a chassis
number on the car, the securing position of the seat belts was wrong, the
fuel supplying tubes were worn and the installed engine was a 2000cc
instead of the homologated 1600cc as per Art. 4.4 of the National Rally
Regulations.
Stewards
Decision:
Exclusion from the event.
Case 5:
During the end of Leg 2 Stewards Meeting the Cleck of the Course reported
Competition Car No. 3 with driver
Simos Galatariotis & co-driver Antonis Ioannou that during SS 6 their
car did not follow the compulsory route defined in the Road Book and the
defined roadway i.e. took a short cut.

Decision:
200 Euro fine and 3 minutes
penalty.
